Operation Live Link Operation Live Link is a program giving Mt. Pleasant residents a direct link to their police officers via mobile phone. This is the first time a program of this kind is being launched in the District. Here’s how the program works. Officers will carry cell phones. If you need police assistances via 911, you must call 911 FIRST, and then call the cell phones which will be carried by 3 officers.
