Hello.

I am a lifelong Washingtonian and a fulltime tennis pro. I spend the winters in southern Florida coaching at a tennis academy. I'll be returning to D.C. in the next week to one month, depending on my housing situation.

I do have a 4 year old male dog, a German shorthair pointer. He's really sweet, clean, quiet and excellent around other dogs.

I am hoping to find a place to rent, eventually, but I'd like to give myself time to find the 'right' place by having a place to live for a month or two in exchange for doing work around your house: help you with a construction project, interior or exterior housework/painting, landscape/yard work, building a deck, putting down a brick walkway or just about any non-major construction around the house. Over the years, I have learned to do nice wall finishes, putting down tile and installing kitchen cabinets.

I am also open to walking your dog(s), cooking meals, cleaning up around the house, shopping or any other chores you may not have time to get to. If you're a tennis enthusiast, I can also gladly give lessons in exchange for a room.

I consider myself a very reliable and trustworthy person who doesn't need to be motivated to get things done. I like keeping busy.

The spring tennis season begins in about one month, and I'm hoping to get myself situated in time to start attending coach's meetings with D.C. Parks and Rec. and D.C. Schools in order to coordinate for the semester and summer camps.

Thanks for reading.
