As part of the school closing plan, there are also plans to "re-purpose" some schools that stay open. Bancroft is labeled as a "Fine Arts Magnet / Neighborhood school." Does anyone know what this means?

I had no clue what this meant, but curiosly enough, Merriam-Webster does:
