We are hoping to help our current nanny find a new family to join. Claudia has been our nanny since October 2009 and has taken care of children aged 2 months to 5 years old. She is a native-Spanish speaker (with good conversational English) with over 5 years of child care experience and understands what is involved in a "nanny share."
Claudia is nurturing, energetic, responsible, compassionate, and fun to be around. She is a true professional and my girls adore her. Claudia has established her network of nanny friends and together they have taken advantage of all that Washington, DC has to offer for children, including frequent trips to the zoo, library story times, museums, parks, etc. She understands the importance of age appropriate activities and has taken initiative to set up play dates to ensure our kids and those of the other families have opportunities for socialization. She has great ideas, she is always punctual, and I consider her a dear friend.
