Dear 311 On Line Users,
Effective Wednesday June 22, 2011, the District is happy to announce upcoming changes to the 311 On Line – Service Request Center site http://311.dc.gov/. We are upgrading the system so that you can have a better user experience. Please use your registered email address and existing password to access the site. If your existing password does not allow you to access the site, please reset your password. Please report any difficulty you experience by emailing [email address removed - log in to view].
Some of the improvements you can expect are:
• Full service requests descriptions for all on line services
• Step-by-Step instructions to aid in the service request process
• The ability to search FAQs and the 311 On Line knowledge base
We have also made recent changes that you may have noticed including a mapping feature which allows you to see service requests reported in your area and throughout the city. You will also find a timetable for service request delivery so that you know when to expect your service to be delivered.
Many of the changes are a result of your feedback and you should expect more changes in the future designed to improve your customer experience. Please email [email address removed - log in to view] to report your feedback regarding the site. Thank you for being a customer of the District’s 311 On Line system.
Sincerely,
Your 311 On Line Support Team |
