Hi - I have some slow minor leaks in my house, either due to roof or perhaps wicking of brick or bad window flashing. I'm looking for recommendations/warnings about local contractors. Thanks.

If you are still looking, we are using Corley Roofing (haven't gotten the repair yet) - they provided the best of three estimates (their number: 301-894-4460). I hear L&M Contractors are good, but they have a backlog of clients. I wouldn't recommend Bethesda Sheet Metal & Roofing, they stood me up for an estimate appointment. Good luck!
