Dog found October 31, 2011 in the evening along Newton Street, running loose and confused between 14 - 17th NW. The dog looks to be a poodle/maltese. At first frightened, but was friendly and seemed used to people.

The dog was picked up the same evening by the Washington Humane Society/Animal Control - please call their number, 202/576-6664.
